Slightly smaller than 1:12 scale although it still works quite well in 1:12. Some roof trims have loosened or are damaged (see photos for representative examples). Discount given for these reasons. Approx 11-1/4" tall x 7-1/2" diameter. Interior space is approximately 5" diameter and doorway entry is 5" tall.
