LOCAL NORTHERN VA PICK UP ONLY!!! This retired/discontinued assembled church by Real Good Toys needs some TLC. Would look cute as a church, art museum, restaurant, etc. Includes rustic pews. Interior is raw wood, exterior is painted and shingled (although a few shingles are broken/missing). Due to the size/weight of this item, we only offer local pick up only (walk in pick up). Discount given for TLC-needed, as-is condition. Please email all questions and/or to coordinate pick up!
