Adobe Painted Exterior Dollhous

LOCAL NORTHERN VA PICK UP ONLY!!! This dollhouse by Alessio needs some very minor TLC (door and windows need to be glued in, small touch up white paint may be needed). Would look cute as a home, art museum, shop, restaurant, etc. Includes exterior staircase. Interior is either primed/painted white or it is raw wood, exterior is painted, stained, and stucco. Due to the size/weight of this item, we only offer local pick up only (walk in pick up). Was out on display in our brick and mortar shop but is brand new. Discount given for as-is condition. Interior photo from manufacturer may vary slightly from our display interior (dollhouse is made in the USA and the artist left our interior wall loose/unglued when building this dollhouse. I am not sure what the measurements are for the interior walls, but do know an interior wall was provided). Please email all questions and/or to coordinate pick up!
